Who we are

This website is operated for D-Volt Armenia, Yerevan, Armenia. The data controller is D-Volt.

What this website collects

This website does not store the details you type into the quotation request. When you press a send button, the message is prepared in your browser and handed to your own WhatsApp, email or Telegram app. Nothing is sent to us until you send it from that app.

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If a quotation link contains campaign tags (utm parameters), they may be kept in your browser for the current session only.

What D-VOLT does with your inquiry

When you contact us, we use your name, contact details and the details of your request to reply to you, prepare a quotation and follow up on that request. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Messages you send through WhatsApp, Telegram or email are also processed by those services under their own privacy terms.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
